Miniorycs, healthy and natural food for your pet.

COMPLETE FOOD: HEALTHY AND BALANCED FOOD:

We like to give our pets the best food, that is why we have chosen Timothy hay as the main ingredient of all our complete foods.

This excellent hay provides many nutritional benefits and also makes the food highly palatable so that our animals can enjoy their Orycs ration every day.

Its objective is to compress a homogeneous mixture of a wide variety of foods that our pet would find in its natural environment into a pellet.

With the “All in One” variety, the animal does not have the opportunity to select the ingredients that it wants over the necessary ones, unlike what happens with the “multiparticle” variety, where the animal can select them.

FEATURES:

FIBER:

Fiber is the main energy source that our rabbits and guinea pigs find in their natural environment.

For this reason, our entire range of complete foods is based on a high percentage of natural forages, which are the source of a high fiber content (this should not be less than 20%).

Fiber is very important for the proper functioning of the digestive system, it serves to prevent intestinal immobility and the formation of hairballs. Likewise, our foods achieve an optimal balance between the three types of fiber: Acid Detergent Fiber (FAD) and Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF), which favor digestibility (LAD), which helps optimal intestinal transit.

CALCIUM:

Calcium is very important for the growth and maintenance of the bones and teeth of our pets.

But too much calcium can contribute to kidney stones and heart problems. It is recommended that your diet provide between 0.5% and 1% calcium.

PROTEIN:

Unlike an animal in the wild, our pets have a much lower activity level.

For this reason, your protein intakes should be controlled.

The amount of protein should be between 12% and 16%. If it is less than 12%, our pet will have a poor development with fatal risks.

If it is higher than 16%, the animal will have a higher concentration of urea that will go into the bloodstream. This favors the growth of pathogenic bacteria, causes enteritis and as a result increases the mortality rate considerably.

FATS:

Fat is the main cause of obesity in our pets.

The amount in the diet of rabbits and guinea pigs should not exceed 3%.

Not exceeding this percentage is very important, since these animals are prone to obesity. Also, excess fat can trigger liver disease.

VITAMINS:

A good balance of vitamins is essential since in their natural environment rabbits and guinea pigs eat a wide variety of foods with a high percentage of vitamins. A diet without vitamin deficiencies will increase the vitality of our pet, in addition to strengthening its immune system.

FIBERS:

The long fibers of our Miniorycs feed promote proper tooth wear.

The teeth of rabbits and guinea pigs are constantly growing.

The only natural way to control wasting is by chewing fibrous foods.

An excessive growth of the teeth can lead to infections and eating problems.

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS:

Miniorycs is one of the first brands in the pet sector to come out with environmentally conscious packaging.

This bet launched in 2020 aims to change to containers with ecological improvements, with more than 60% of the packaging being of plant origin.

The commitment to cardboard has a visual impact on the products and a high reduction of CO2.

In addition, they have the FSC certificate, which certifies the extraction of cardboard from forests of sustainable forest management.

ORYCS JUNIOR RABBIT:

ORYCS Junior Rabbit is a food specially indicated for junior dwarf rabbits up to 6/8 months. This delicious and complete food is enriched with vitamins and has an optimal protein content for good growth.

Timothy Hay as the main ingredient provides an excellent beneficial fiber for intestinal transit.

It also incorporates a wide variety of plants and flowers selected from the animal's wild environment that contribute to the supply of vitamins, trace elements and necessary nutritional substances. This food is based on the "All in One", where each grain of pellet contains all the nutrients necessary for good health and avoids the selection and waste of food.
